Background
Each CALUNE LIMITED Customer has a right for refund if he/she is not satisfied with received services.
Every Refund are treated by CALUNE LIMITED with reasonable care and skill.
Where CALUNE LIMITED has reason to be believe that fraud is involved it will not be obliged to process a refund that a Customer requests.
Each customer can request a refund within 14 days from the registration date.
Refund request doesn't mean that refund will be provided. After CALUNE LIMITED will check all information, final decision will be send to the Customer.
The company guarantees that the refund will be executed without undue delay.
Disputes between Customer and CALUNE LIMITED regarding our Services may be reported to Customer Support online through the [email protected] at any time, or by phone.
Withdrawal and refund policy
CALUNE LIMITED Refund Policy based on Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union, which means that we do provide each Customer with a refund of primary payment within first 14 days after debiting funds from the card.
Seeking a refund
Customer has to inform CALUNE LIMITED about his/her desire to get a refund. Customer needs to do it via email and send to [email protected] included “Refund Request” on the subject line.
Customer needs continue cooperation with CALUNE LIMITED representative until the final resolution.
If CALUNE LIMITED confirms refund eligibility, Customer gets an email confirmation.
When both sides confirmed refund, CALUNE LIMITED representative will submit a refund and it will be send back to the original source of payment.
CALUNE LIMITED has 24-48 hours to answer the Customer Request.
Nb!
CALUNE LIMITED keeps a right to refuse a refund request.
Only in special cases refund will be proceed when 14 days passed.
If Customer decided to block card, CALUNE LIMITED is able to send refund back to the same bank account (for additional information Customer has to contact bank).
CALUNE LIMITED has a right to change/ modify Refund Policy. By accepting this policy, Customer undertakes to check and monitor its changes on the web page.
If any of CALUNE LIMITED Customers can`t accept or disagree with this Refund Policy are advised not to use CALUNE LIMITED Services and terminate the contract within trial period (5 days).
Any extra payments which was paid not to CALUNE LIMITED will not be refunded.
